So, with the new Sat pictures at Google Maps (http://maps.google.com), I took some shots of the buss stations around NOLA. Yeah, I am sure President Bush is responsible for this too.

And there are more. If those buses were ALL used - Looks to me like 3-5000 people per trip. Then there would have been NO ONE in the Dome or stuck in the 9th - unless they wanted to be.
